Delete your eZono Cue Cards account<\/h1>\n\n

This page explains how to delete your account and the personal data linked to it. The eZono Cue Cards Android app is published by eZono AG.<\/p>\n\n

How to request deletion<\/h2>\n\n

  1. Cancel your subscription first, if you have one. Deleting your account does not cancel it.<\/strong>\n \n Open your\n Google Play subscriptions<\/a>\n (or in the Google Play app, go to Payments & subscriptions \u2192 Subscriptions<\/em>)\n and cancel eZono Cue Cards. Google explains the steps in\n Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play<\/a>.<\/small><\/li>\n
  2. Press Request account deletion<\/em> below and confirm the two points.<\/strong>\n \n Your email app then opens with the message already written for you.<\/small><\/li>\n
  3. Send the email from the Google address you sign in to Cue Cards with.<\/strong>\n \n We use the sender\u2019s address to find your account.\n \n To see which address that is, open Cue Cards and go to Settings \u2192 Account<\/em>.\n \n Sending from a different address? Type your Cue Cards sign-in address into the message.\n If you no longer have the app and are not sure which address you used, list every address\n it might be \u2013 we will check them all.<\/small><\/li>\n
  4. We confirm by email.<\/strong>\n \n You receive an email once your account and data have been deleted.<\/small><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
